Friedrich Nietzsche: "We have art so that we shall not die of reality."

Nietzsche believed that art serves as a protective barrier against the brutal realities of life. He also famously stated, "We possess art lest we perish of the truth."

A great quote because it's true and of course, artist's love the credibility it offers.

Here is the latest on this 22' x 6 1/2' commission for a prominent, East coast hospital. It's all blocked in now without any final marks yet, but that will start this week. More info
